從2015年起從事智慧財產權行業，主要處理國內外商標申請註冊、延展、異議、廢止、評定、商標爭議案件分析和處理、商標註冊可行性之分析、海關查獲商標侵權物品處理、網頁侵害商標權案件分析與處理等程序和業務，並提供相關專業意見。

Hsin-Tzu SHEN(Grace) has devoted herself to the IP industry since2015. She practices worldwide trademark related services, including trademark filing and registration, trademark renewal, opposition, revocation, invalidation, trademark registrability search, trademark assignment, trademark dispute case, on-site suspected counterfeit products assessment matters with Customs, website trademark infringement matters, providing clients with suggestions, management, and consulting relating to trademark protection. She has considerable experience in on-site suspected counterfeit products assessment matters with Customs, as well as jointly participating in the investigation and criminal action against trademark infringement.
