Theresia Chen is a skilled foreign language correspondent and responsible for the exchange in the matter of all patent and trademark matters with foreign clients and colleagues. Since 2012, Theresia has been assisting domestic and foreign clients with her experience and language skills in various patent and trademark procedures. Procedures such as search, application, registration, assignment are her specialties. She focuses also on providing filing suggestions for trademark and design cases. She has considerable experience in contentious cases, providing filing suggestions for design cases, especially for clients from Germany, and trademark portfolio management.
